World Color Studio 22 is an independent film and media production company based in Berlin, Germany, founded in 2012.
We develop, produce and co-produce fiction features, documentaries and TV series with partners across Europe, the USA, Haiti, Jamaica, Africa and Australia. We bring projects from first idea to final cut,  development, financing, co-production, location scouting, full production services and post-production support.

At the heart of it is Nici, born in Germany, shaped by Australia, trained in visual arts, screen production and screenwriting. She has moved between design studios, boutiques and boardrooms, always with the same instinct: to build something that did not exist before.
That instinct is what drives every project at World Color Studio 22.

World. Color. Studio. 22.

World, because I have never been interested in small stories. The world is the canvas. Real lives, real places, real friction and the fiction that makes sense of all of it.

Color, because I was a visual artist before I was a producer. I know what it means to stand in front of a blank surface and decide what goes there. Color is not decoration. It is language. And the world has more shades than most stories dare to show.

Studio, because I still think about those nights in art school. Silversmithing, sculpture, photography, darkrooms, loud music, no rules. A studio is where something becomes something. That is what we are. A place where ideas stop being ideas.

22 has followed me through the most significant moments of my life. I did not choose it. It chose me.
